John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He takes an active role in making sure you find what you are looking for. John is extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. His patience and expertise made the process enjoyable and educational. I should include that he had no easy task helping an Architect purchase his first home. During the course of my search I changed the must-have and desired area at least twice, but John took these hurdles in stride.
